Zur Herstellung von Cold Stone Eis benötigt man eine Grundmasse, die die Basis für sämtliche Eiskreationen vom kalten Stein bildet. Diese wird zunächst hauchdünn auf die eiskalte Platte gestrichen und dann mit den übrigen Zutaten vermischt und gefroren.
Hinweis: Für eine Portion Cold Stone Eis benötigt man etwa 150 – 200 ml Grundmasse (Etwa eine mittlere Schöpfkelle) der Grundmasse.
